Looking for buddies!

I've done this site a few times and each time I only journal for about a week. I'm hoping to change that. I'm doing this not only for my physical health, but my mental health as well. I have bipolar disorder and I know that diet and exercise play a huge role in recovery. I sure would appreciate any help and encouragement I can get. Thanks.
