First day here, good stuff

Hey people, just feeling obligated to post something on my first day here.

I'm a college student home for the summer and I've decided to get in shape over the summer (much like everyone else).

A little about me, I'm a 21 year old who is part of a very active family (everyone else runs, I prefer to lift or play sports) and I'm doing the P90X lean workout schedule for the summer, I'm currently nearing the end of week 3. I've always been an active guy, playing hockey all my life as well as cross country, and my new sport that I've picked up in college is rugby, but I've slowly started gaining weight, and I decided it's time for a change, so here I am reaching out to a new group for additional support!

I've been on here for a few minutes and already I'm enamored with the sheer volume of positive support and motivation of the people on here, so I decided to create a profile.

I don't really know what to expect here, does anyone have any pointers for reaching out to others on here or just general etiquette tips, etc?
