Thinking about the next step in a few months, lifestyle health rather than binge training/diet

So far so good...
Training is going well, diet is going mostly well with just the odd wobble, no red wine(no booze fullstop) and my mind is focused enough to get me to my initial early goal/aim.
But it is early days, and as most of us know the secret to a happy healthy body is in lifestyle and not constant programs and diets.
I am pretty confident they I can do a few more weeks and probably months of early rises or late finishes, no drinking, but in the next few weeks I am going to have to sit down and think about the next step, which is getting myself in a frame of mind where I am doing the right thing for life, while still obviously having a little fun and red wine on the way.
I have learnt over the years/decades that the more you can make training and healthy living fun the easier it is to stick too, the healthy eating is my upside, I love most healthy food anyway. It's the training and social drinking I need to watch.
