Hey All

Just received a new electric soup maker as a gift and would love to give it a whirl- please share any tasty soup recipes you may have...

    Hi I make this often for lunch at work:

    Red onions
    Balsamic vinegar
    Salt and pepper
    A selection of tomatoes
    A few cloves of garlic

    Mix them all together, lay them flat on a baking tray then put in the oven for 20 mins. Add to your soup maker, I have it smooth. If you want to spice it up a little add some chilli!
