Thigh Measurements?

So, I have been on a 9 day streak of both eating 300x better than I regularly ate, as well as working out more.

My measurements are in: and I lost a bit everywhere, except I gained on my thighs.

Is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong?

(I actually don't mind the idea of thicker thighs and buttock, just want to be sure I am not doing something unhealthy)

Day 1:
37.5
42
22
40

Today:
36.5
41.5
23.5
38

I know, horrible numbers... I am working on it!

You'll lose some places sooner than others. For me, I'm a martial artist, which means I have very large, strong thighs. I haven't lost a single inch there, but I've lost inches everywhere else. Every body is different, and loses from different places at different speeds. Just keep going.

I dont know that gaining an inch on your thighs could happen in just 9 days. Is it possible that you're sore, swollen, or bloated? Is it possible that maybe you didn't quite measure in the exact same place?

In any case, don't stress it.

You are not doing anything wrong. But please don't expect much in the way of results in a 9 day period. At this point your measurements likely changed due to initial water weight loss (common at the beginning of losing weight.) Plus they could differ just due to measuring differences (time of day, how tight you pull the measuring tape, etc.) It's great to keep those measurements so keep it up but too early to use them to determine/predict anything.
