I have just started a diet and have just been using MFP and counting calories and measuring food. I do what MFP tells me and try to stay under my calories by at least a cpl hundred.......what is the TDEE about I found a calculator online and it told me what my TDEE is but I don't understand how it works and what I need to do with it....can someone help
