Hi,
Trying to lose 25 lbs before summer! I am also planning a trip with my sister and mom. I'm sure it will be somewhere warm and sunny, maybe even a cruise. This is my motivation. However, I am doing this as a lifestyle change as well. I go to the gym 5x a week and do interval running on the treadmill and now I am watching what I eat as well. So far so good. Lost 3lbs since last week. I do have trouble getting my water intake, I love my Dunkin Donuts iced coffee! Not sure I want to give that up. Here looking for support and make friends. Don't give up your coffee, as long at it fits into your macros you'll be good to go!0

Thank you! I usually have at least 2 ice coffees a day. I did reduce it to just one on my way to work. That satisfies my addiction for now. Only the weekends will be tough. At least I don't add sugar I guess. Cream only! Its a start in the right direction.0
