IIFYM has changed my life.

Hey everybody, 380+ day tracking and I owe it all to MFP and IIFYM... This stuff works people. Hit your calories, hit your macros and you will hit your goals. Down 30lbs and have been at maintance calories for the past 7 months.. Any questions feel free to ask. You don't have to hate dieting and eating all the 'Bro' food isn't sustainable for the long term. IIFYM lets you eat the foods you like as long as they 'fit your macros' I eat eggos, chipolte, cereal on a weekly basis and keep lean and muscular daily. It's calories in vs calories out..
