Just want to get thoughts on T25 versus P90X. Want to purchase one or the other just not sure which would be better. I want to be able to work out in the privacy of my own home. I needs something that I can do and alternate with my treadmill. Thanks!

I wouldn't compare them at all. P90X workouts range from 60-90 minutes. It focuses on strength training with weights or resistance bands. It does incorporate some cardio vids. But the main focus is strength.
T25 workouts are 25 with a cooldown, so it ends up being about 28-30 minutes. It's a lot more cardio driven with bodyweight training moves incorporated. It does use resistance bands and dumbbells in the 3rd round (which is optional and you have to buy separately).0 -
As the PP mentioned, P90X is much longer in workout length and focuses on strength. There is a P90x3, which is a 30 minute workout, but it is still strength-centered. You will need weights and/or bands (including a pullup bar)
T25 is cardio based, but includes both body-weight exercises and weights or bands in the later phases
I've done both x3 and T25, and T25 is by far my favorite. I got better results - seems my body responds well to lots of cardio0 -
T25 is my soulmate workout. I miss it!! If you want shorter workouts that pack a punch, go with T25. If you want shorter workouts with a P90X program, the 3 is only 30 minutes, or try new InsanityMax30. These were my results from T25 and I would walk or run a few days a week like you are planning, too. http://losingfatwithcat.com/results/0
