Back after a long absence

Hi all, back on this site after a long absence. Not stopped the journey or anything but just drifted away. Thought I would have alook on here for insanity tips. Just started insanity last week, day 9 in the bag. Tough programme but nothings easy. Recently had a broken arm so did very little for 2 months. looking for insanity to provide a very good base level of fitness and then onwards and upwards.
