50 yo female needing to lose 50-60 lbs and need support

I have tried so many times to lose weight. I try to change my diet and get more exercise but I can never keep it up. I give up when I fail and I need friends who will help motivate me. I have metabolic syndrome and need to lose this weight for my health, but I also just want to feel better.

I could use a support buddy as well. I just started. Need to lose 130 lbs. Its going to take awhile but with help I think I can do it.0
