Hi! I'm new as of 4 days ago I've never kept track of my eating before and I workout 6 days a week on avg - a mix of weight training and cardio. I've participated in two Tough Mudders and one Warrior Dash. I've run three half marathons, five 20Ks, a few 10Ks and countless 5Ks. Obstacle runs are my favorite. Some day I will run a marathon - it's on my bucket list. So is being able to do at least ONE unassisted pull-up!
I'm using MFP to track my eating and see my numbers. I already know that sugar is my nemesis I'm content with my weight - I go by how my clothes fit more than what the scale says.
