Today is the day....

Ok - I'm 40 years old and have realized that weightloss is definitely harder, the older I get! This weight has slowly been creeping up on me. At first, it was "I only have 10 pounds to lose before I'm at a happy weight" then it went to 20....now it's 30. TIME TO GET A GRIP on my weight before it's to a point I just give up! I need help and support because everything I've tried - I have quit and/or failed regarding diets and weightloss. Thank you in advance for anyone that wants to talk me through this and give me pointers. I am going to need a lot of help and support, but I want to be 30 pounds less of me by summer!
