Boxing

Hello everyone! I just began a boxing regimen and would like to know the amount of calories that I burn during a 5 minute round, jumping rope @ 5 min intervals, and sets of bicycle crunches. I am 196 and 5'8". My goal is to drop 20 then shred and tone before the spring. I am tracking the energy that I put in as well as what I put out. During the session, my trainer has me warm up on a versa climber for 5 min where I can track my cals. That's a bad *kitten* piece of equipment btw. He also puts me on an elliptical machine for 15 min where I can also track my cals. I'm a noob at boxing so I am really not throwing that many punches since my arms give out pretty quick, but I do move around mostly and occasionally lock up.
Thanks!
Thanks!
