My name is Dawn and I am 40 years young. I am on day 3 and I am having trouble getting to what MFP says I need for my calories I have a very active Job so I reach my 10,000 steps plus 4 to 5,000 extra so it gives me an extra 200+ calories

    Calorie dense food:

    Nut butters
    Nuts
    Dried fruit
    Butter
    Full fat dairy
    Full fat dressings/sauces
    Avocado
    Red meat

    ETA:
    Depending on your goal, it is recommended to reach it as close as possible. You can do it :)
