Hi everyone! I was hoping to get a little advice. I have some serious back-fat issues. I know that as I lose weight it will start to go away but are there exercises I can do or machines I can use at the gym that will target that area and maybe shrink them a little faster?
Thanks everyone on here for the continued support and guidance, it's making a world of difference for me!

Unfortunately not. Keep chugging away. It's always helpful to do some strength training to retain your muscle mass as you lose fat though.0
