Pizza and Salsa and tortilla Chips. Oh! and breads!
For the pizza, I try to make home made to try and cut calories. I even make my own pizza sauce which is super easy and quick!
I try to substitute veggies for the tortilla chips.
I haven't found something to curb the bread yet0 -
Wavy Lay’s and French onion dip are my down fall. Also ketchup… yumm.0

No temptation for me anymore :laugh:0 -
Chips and salsa, nuts, and mashed potatoes are mine. But I don't want to cut them out, so when I eat them, I measure out the amount I want to have ahead of time and put away the rest (with potatoes, I serve myself and then put any leftovers away). That makes me more mindful when I eat, because I know there's a limit.0

Potato chips, tortilla chips with salsa, and fresh donuts from a bakery - these are definitely foods that are difficult for me to eat in small amounts.0

Crusty bread and butter and any type of crisps!0

-
red wine! I just drank away my entire dinner calorie count with 3 glasses.0

Peanut butter, nutella, cookies of any variety, poptarts, and pancakes/waffles with butter and maple syrup. Strangely salty/greasy things like pizza and chips don't appeal to me at all personally.0
-
Oreos. Mother'effing Oreos. I don't even allow myself to even touch them anymore.0
-
Cheese and sausage tray in the break room0
-
Ice Cream, Chocolate covered peanuts. I can't have any in the house. I do have sugar free fudgesicles, only 40 calories and it is a fair substitute. At least I feel like I am getting a treat.0
-

Oh Gosh, too many to list.
Milk chocolate in any form, cheesecake, cookies, chocolate/carrot/walnut cake, houmous, ice cream, Jelly Belly beans, scones with butter, jam and clotted cream... Oh, and toast and butter.0
