HELP. Where do I log my daily kettle bell workouts in the exercise page? I can't find it and if there isn't a way what are some people doing to log their kettle bell calories? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Generally would log it as circuit training of some sort

Yes. Log them as circuit training.
  • I found this article trying to answer the same question... here's a link to read it. http://kettlebellworkoutswomen.com/how-many-calories-does-a-kettlebell-swing-burn/
Seems fast and furious swingin' can get you 10-15 cal burn/min. But this is unrealistic-probably take yourself out! So it says and you can read it for your self realistically and depending on the variables you can get 5 up to 10 cal burn/min. I'm going to put in the exercise myself two ways for the 5 for when I do a "doozy" workout and 5 for when I'm being the average Joe(sette). But hey I'm just the messenger...read the article it's pretty well done for a quick study. LiZyarde~
