Hello I'm Allison!
I have used this on and off for a few years now. I really love it and have been successful losing weight with it, but I will eventually always stop using it and gain it all back. Needing some new encouraging friends to hold me accountable and I will do the same!

    Hello my name is Heather. I'm getting married in may and would love to loose some weight. I really need to make this a lifestyle. I'm getting older and I want to be healthy. I work better when I have people to work out with. So if your down I am too

    I'm in for accountability! My sister is getting married this year and I would love to make it down to MY wedding weight... About 12 pounds from now :) Please add me and we can check in with each other on progress!
