Hi Everyone!
I am a newbie to my fitness pal and I'm looking to gain a support system and learn some tricks and tips from people that have helped them in their weight loss journey. I've been working out about 4 times a week with a combination of Crossfit and Pilates, but I have to start incorporating healthier eating habits. I'll be honest I eat like crap! We're talking all the things that you could possibly imagine that negate my workouts. I’m single, live alone and I just find cooking to be very time consuming and not really a huge cost benefit (but then again, I’m probably doing it wrong). I just need help and support. I tried weight watchers in my neighborhood but I didn’t really connect well with the groups because they were much older than I and I could not relate. So if you have some advise or just want to be a support/cheerleader/friend whatever, it’s greatly appreciated.
