Hello im emma ive had two kids n now tryin to lose my weight so hard cause I feel hungry all the time need some friends to encourage me

If u feeling hungry u prob not eating right foods for your body, try high proteins eggs cottage cheese penut butter green veggies chicken n Turkey breast nuts etc0

Yes high protein and water. You'll be hungry for around a week then it will start to wear off. Feel free to add me0
