5'7" women, what's your goal weight?

I'm almost 5ft 8" and currently weigh 13 stone. I'd like to get down to 10.5 stone which I think will look healthy on me and I think I'd feel comfortable with that. When I lost weight some years ago I got down to 9.10 stone but everyone said I looked too thin. I thought I looked great though and was able to walk into a shop and anything in size 8-10 would fit!
Why did I not try harder to keep it off!!!!!0 -
I'm 5'7.5" - 5'8" and my current goal weight is 135 (from a starting weight of 180.) My original goal was 140 (current 150) but dropped it to 135 figuring it will take a bit of time to dial into maintenance so wanted some wiggle room. I've got a medium build but a very short torso and carry weight on my hips/legs. Current size is a US 10 for pants and large tops (though that's more of a personal preference as I hate anything binding under my arms.) I doubt I'll go any lower than an 8 because stupid short torso is short. And stupid.0

I'm 5'7" I'm 188lbs i would like to get down to 140. My pre married weight was 130 and that was too small. I now have three kids 5,4&1. After my first was born I lost weight fast(two months) but with the other two I never lost the weight. I just bought I treadmill and plan to use it twice a day and lift weights a couple times a week. Would love to follow some of you ladies.0

I'm 5'6 and my current weight is 135lbs. My goal weight is 115lbs. I checked that 115lbs is on the lowest end of healthy on bmi but it's still considered healthy.0

My goal weight is 165, which is at the end of my healthy range. However, I may do more once I hit that goal. I care a little more about how I feel and look than the scale. If I felt good and looked good at 226, I would have stayed there!0

I am 5'6". My goal weight is 125. I have been at that weight before and it looked/felt great. 135 is very achievable for me. To reach and maintain the 125 mark requires A LOT of toning and daily exercise.0

Mine is 150, but the number isn't that important to me as how I look. I think when I get to like 170 or so I will have a better idea on how much I have to lose. I want to be fit and thin without losing all my curves! I started lifting heavy so I hope that helps. Don't want to become skinny-fat !0

I'm 5'6" and currently around 150 pounds, wearing size 10 pants. Would like to get back to pre-pregnancy weight around 125-130 and my size 8s.0

I am 5'7, currently weight 127lbs, I think 118lb is consider under weight for our height. My lowest was 110 when I was 19, not going there. I was 121 last summer and started to bulk. I think 123~125 is good for me, everyone is different, do what you feel is the best for you. Good luck!0

Mine is 140lbs/10st, but only because that's the weight that's right in the middle of a healthy BMI. I've never been that weight in my life bar before puberty, so I'm going to get there and see how I feel. I might lose a little more or gain a little back depending on how I look and feel0

I'm 5'7 and currently weigh 153. (I started at 225) and would like to maintain at 140-145. We will see if I can ever drop these last 10 pounds.0

I am 5'7/ 5'8 and currently 140 and US size 6. This is the highest I have gotten, I want to get back down to 120ish. I loved my body then.0

I started at 141 and my goal was 128 because that was my previous lowest adult weight. Once I got there, I've lowered my goal to 121 just because I'd like to see how I look, and to be able to arbitrarily say that I lost 20 pounds.0

I'm 5'6" and ultimate goal is 130 lbs but I'll be happy with everything under 160:D0

I'm 5'7" and weigh 178, very high for me. I was at 155 for years, after having four kids and was okay with that. My goal weight is 145 with decent strength (not heavy lifting but resistance/ bodyweight work, etc)0

I completely forgot that this was one of the reasons I settled on 128lbs... it will mean I can say I've lost over 3 stone (3 stone 2 lbs), or over 40lbs (44lbs) OR 20kg! It's not important really, but in deciding a goal weight 20kg sounded like a nice round number to have lost and quite an impressive figure!
Size wise I'd like to be a UK8 (US4), I'm currently a UK10-12 (US6-8) at 149lbs, I was firmly in the UK10 (US6) range when I got to around 143lbs last July, I started at UK14-16 at 172lbs, highest was 175lbs a few years back and I was UK16 (US12). Will be interesting to see how weight lifting shifts body weight to clothes size ratios for me!0 -
I started at 200, currently at 179, want to be 156.0
