Hi there! My name's Nicky. I'm looking to lose some weight through a fairly strict, low-sugar diet as I don't really want to pay high gym prices and the nights aren't yet light enough to go out running after work. I might be less strict once we get lighter evenings. Anyway, after a year and a half of piling on the weight, I think it's high time I lost the rubbish.

It'd be nice to look like that again.

My worst time for craving junk food is, weirdly, right after dinner. Especially if dinner was really good. I'm not sure why that is, but if I have a really delicious dinner, I immediately fancy some ice cream or chocolate and I have no idea why. I'm trying to distract myself by crocheting.

I'm only on day three of using MyFitnessPal but I hope it works. It's a little harder to eat a chocolate bar when I know I'll have to shamefully diary it afterwards lol.
