what are your favourite gadgets? how have they helped you in your journey?

(e.g. kitches scales... pedometer...)

I would love all your good advice please :)

    fitbit - gets me motivated to move more when not working out

    kitchen digital scales - I'd be lost without them

    bathroom scales - I love those fluctuations and weigh daily

    Polar FT 4 HRM - logs my workout calories and helps me push myself further and harder

    My food scale..digital of course.
    My Jawbone...keeps me moving (buzzes every 15mins)
    My phone...which has lots of fitness apps on it (MFP, mapmy*, wendler, stronglifts, c25k, music for when I can go outside

    that's it...all three together are the best.

    Definitely my fitbit.
    From sedentary to 20,000+ steps/day. It is definitely a good thing for me!
