Hello there! I guess a little info on my 'fitness past' is much needed here.

Was originally 96kg (211 lbs) at 5'9", really fat.
Lost 30kg in a year, making me 66kg, but I made a mistake, doing only cardio, so I have a skinny-fat body at the moment. (not very appealing!) My body weight is 70kg at the moment.

Trying to bulk up and get some muscle but a little hesitant since all the foods I've labelled as 'evil' since cutting are now supposedly my friends once again.

Basically, I'm here to track my calories, making sure I have a surplus each day, and if possible, get some tips from more experienced users about the do's and don'ts that I may not know about.
