This life change is long overdue. But I'm determined this time. I really did have hypothyroidism which means it wasn't working been on meds 1 month and my diets have off n on for 20 yrs. But this time God willing is it! Goal 50lbs going bye bye. Trying for 2-5 a week. But any is i. The right direction.

I did say it, but now being a bit self -conscous I think my thumbs aren't 'fat' I prefer heavy or maybe big thumb bones.lol thanks for reply, any reply is great lets me know I'm Nottingham alone on here. I never did online diary before.0

Lol@ myself. I have no idea where ' Nottingham came from. I typed the word ..not.. maybe my big boned thumbs typed an extra t n auto correct thought I meant some place in England. Actually in live in south Carolina.
