You might want to try ground flax seed also. It really does the trick for a lot of people and doesn't add too much to your calorie count. 1 to 2 TBS is recommended. I just add 1 TBS to my morning protein smoothie and I don't even notice it's there.0

I used to take a fish oil supplement and have stopped. I guess I will have to drag that back out again. My mom makes these flax seed energy balls. I wonder if that would work. And I wonder if she would make them for me.
I would have been better to go outside and lick the pine trees over drinking that tea.0
