Here I am - back on it!!

I weighed myself in the New Year (Jan 15) and am officially the heaviest I've ever been!

I need to lose a minimum of 2.5 stone (35lbs) and would ideally like to have it off me by the end of the summer.

I'm starting back to Weight Watchers this week and want to use this site to help track my food, drink and exercise and hopefully receive some support, encouragement and tips from yourselves along the way.

Do you have any suggestions for Groups relating to Weight Watchers, Pro-Points, Walking or can you recommend any inspirational bloggers that are not only helpful but entertaining too?

Have to get back into it so *deep breath* here we go...
