Saw this on the Bodybuilding.com website and found it really interesting. strengtheory.com/2015/01/11/gender-differences-in-training-and-diet/
I'm a firm (haha) believer in weightlifting being the most beneficial exercise for changing one's body, especially for those with a healthy weight. I also hear a lot of women complain that men can eat sooo much more than they can and tend to drop weight like that *snaps finger*. According to the article above, that has more to do with body composition and height. So, ladies, lift weights, gain muscle, and you can eat more and still be lean!
At least that's the TLDR for me. Others will probably take something else away from the article.
