Hello all! I used MFP once upon 3 years ago during that steady state cardio/eating too little phase of my life, stopped due to semi-binge eating habits. Now re-starting to try and just gauge my eating and track my lifts, try to bulk responsibly without as many doughnuts as my username suggests, etc etc. Any fellow lifters out there??
