Stopped smoking in February and ate and ate and ate! I found it easier to stop smoking than to lose the weight so drastic measures have to be taken.
I had to dig out my 'big' jeans yesterday, all I can say is OMG!
So yesterday I started with seriously watching what I ate and using my food diary properly, for the first time.
11. 7lbs starting weight, that is two stone too much!
