Hello!

My name is Tom and I'm new to this forum. Hopefully I'm doing this correctly :)

I started using MyFitnessPal 2 weeks ago but only now discovered the forum. The app is great. My goal is to build lean mass and decrease body fat, and the app is very good so I can keep track on protein, carbs and fat ingested.
