It's a little bit cheesy (yummm, cheeeese) , but this journey is about 'persistence', not perfection. For example, last night I was really pinched for time and almost late for an appointment, and the only food available within many miles was McDonald's (rural town). So I got a burger, small fries, and skipped the soda! And I don't feel the least bit bad about it it because every meal prior to that this week was well in bounds, and today I got right back on track. Don't let one bad meal, or even one bad day make you feel like you've totally blown it, because you have not. One big advantage you have is your age. I'm 39, and I could look back and wish that I had done certain things sooner, so I'd hate to see you having this same internal conversation with yourself 15 years from now. And by golly, if you want to go below 158, you WILL do it! You WILL! I'll send you a friend request...0
