So im a noob and starting my 1st bulk soon and before ive been doing exercise routines ive found on youtube and made up. Is this bad? Can anyone provide me with a sold lifting programme or how I find one. (I do 3 days a week - 1-chest/triceps 2-back and biceps 3- legs/ shoulders and do abs quite regularly) Also, when bulking how often and by how much should my lifts be increasing?
Thanks
Thanks

Yes, what you've described is bad.
For your goals, StrongLifts is the place to start. When you get to intermediate or advanced stage of lifting (strstd.com or exrx.net), then you can supplement lifts.0
