Determined to lose

My name is Linda and I have used Myfitnesspal to lose weight in the past. Presently I weigh 187 and would love to weigh 160. I am determined to do it this time. Its not hard I know I can make it however, weekends and eating out are a major hurdle for me. Great food, healthy food and not feeling hungry is the key to my food.

    you can do it! whenever i eat out, i always look at the nutritional information first and pick what i'm going to eat so that way, when i go in, i'm not tempted to order the bad stuff. alot of mom and pop restaurants that we eat at that don't have nutrition info, i like to just keep a few things in mind. i like to always pick a side salad, if i am getting soup i always get a broth based soup, with lots of veggies. if they have starch, i always try to pick whole grains, and i for proteins i look for this that are grilled! good luck! add me if you want support!
