Injured my calf!

Hi all

I'm very new to exercising... Doing 30 shred at the moment. Decided to hit it up a notch as level 1 was getting easier... Now I can nearly put weight on my left leg, I have a pain down the left side of the calf. I didn't feel it go... It wasn't until I stopped I noticed... I've given it a good stretch out and it's not helped.

Anyone got any ideas what I've done, how I can make it better and how I can avoid doing it again?

    RICE for a few days to a week. If it doesn't get better, see a professional.
