Hi all, I have just started on the 5:2 diet having gained weight since I married 6 years ago. My whole family are 'well covered' but I am not going to use that as an excuse for my weight gain. I am only on week two and was delighted to have lost 5lb in the first week, would be quite happy to lose 1-2 lb a week from now on. Have a holiday planned for May and would love to be 20 lighter for the trip. Here's to all of us, I am sure we can help each other to succeed. If anyone has any recipes I would love to give them a try. Good luck everyone.
