Healthy and unhealthy fats

I read that the saturated fats are the unhealthy fats and the monounsaturated and polyunsaturated are the healthy ones. However, looking at my nutritional details here on MFP. They recommend eating certain amount of saturated fat, but not eating monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats at all. Why is that? I'm confused.

    The recommendation for saturated fat is per the USDA recommendation for the maximum amount of saturated fat. Also, you do need some saturated fat in your diet for good health. Further, more and more studies are indicating that the notion of "good" and "bad" fats is pretty much a bunch of bull *kitten*, but you're going to find conflicting reports and studies all over the place.

    The reason there is no recommendation for mono and poly is because there is no formally sanctioned recommendation to go off of
