I started last month and lost 3 lbs. I wasn't overly vigilant either, but now I can see how to do this and am working on this like a college class and I must "pass." I received permission to exercise from DR last week and started working night shift last week as well. So I am very tired, but tried to stay on track. Getting use to night shift will be a challenge, but filling out my food list is actually fun, trying to keep all the carbs, proteins, etc within acceptable ranges. How is everyone else keeping their logs?
