Am I eating enough?

I am currently 6 feet tall at 189 lbs. (Male)
My workout consists of the classic p90x program excluding yoga and kenpo.
I also run 2 miles every other day and play volleyball 2 days a week.
MFP states to eat 1675 calories a day to lose 2 lbs a week. I have been sticking to it 5 days a week and hitting around 2500 on weekends.
Handheld body fat percentage is circa 15%.
Anyone think this is sufficient or should I be eating more?

You should be eating more. Why oh why would you have it set to lose 2 lbs a week?! I am a 5 foot 8 female and am losing on 1900 a day0

2lbs a week is probably too aggressive for your goals. How much weight are you trying to lose? If it's 25-40lbs, you should have it set to 1lb a week. If it's 15-25lbs, it should be .5lb-1lb a week. If it is less than 15lbs, it should be .5lb a week.0

Yeah, you should be at .5lb/week, and not trying to lose 2lb a week.0
