Injured Newbie-Being Driven Insane

Hello to whoever reads this

Got 34lbs to get rid off, normally I'd get into the exercise easy but currently waiting on knee surgery (bit of torn cartilage/bone/something evil and annoying floating about in knee joint) hopefully it won't take much longer. The pain comes and goes so some days I can get out for a decent walk but it has caused my weight to increase to its current number and stay stuck there.

As for exercise routines, fitness DVDs etc I've had to modify all of them when trying them out so I don't bend my bad knee or put too much pressure on it. Never realised how much you need to bend your flippin' knee all the time when working out!

So I'm going to have to focus on foods as best I can which is my downfall. Milk being the number one thing I overdose on.

Current things inspiring me to lose this weight-that Pinterest wardrobe I want and will get  , being able to be more active with family members and friends, that general feeling of being healthy and having that buzz of energy you get-had it before and want it back again!

Feel free to add me as a friend.
