I'm new and need advice and motivation!

Today is my first day, I have a goal of 170 (one step at a time right). I have 50+ lbs to lose and would appreciate any help and motivation I can get.

    Getting started is the hardest part so congratulations! You're in it for the long haul marathon if it were a sprint everyone would be fit. Set a goal of no more than 1/2 lb loss a week and make fitness part of your lifestyle. You can do this!
