I eat oats for breakfast, have swapped white pasta, bread and rice for brown alternatives and exceed 5 fruit and veg a day but cant seem to raise my fibre levels!!!!
Any ideas guys?

Yeah some high fiber foods would be
Corn, white and black beans, avocado, whole grain pasta, brown rice, artichoke, raspberries, pears, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, peas, almonds, apples, broccoli0 -
I've never had a problem with hitting over 25g of fibre.
