Cellulite and toning thighs

At the moment I absolutely hate my legs especially my thighs. I am a pearshape and unfortunately have loads of cellulite, dimples and wide hips. I am finding it difficult to get the motivation to change. I am 5 4 and weigh around 132 pounds. I am within the correct BMI range for my weight and height but still I am unhappy with my body shape.
Has anybody noticed a visible reduction in cellulite through exercise and eating right? I really want to hear positive stories. At the moment I can't wear skirts/shorts as I am too self conscious.
