I'm trying to loose 25lbs. I've tried everything and can never stick with it. I always give up. The only time I kept with something was last year when I was preparing for the tuff mudder...I was doing intense Crossfit workouts, but it made me look diesel and I don't want to look like that..
I hope this will help me. Is it like weight watchers?

    Well welcome..I'm not sure what weight watchers is but this app helps you keep track of whats going into your body by counting calories. go into your profile and set your current weight and how much you want to lose per week and it'll give you a daily calories limit (this doesn't include the calories burned from exercise)

    Weight Watchers counts "points", each food having a different point value to it...from what I can remember!
    Here you'll just be tracking your calorie intake, logging exercises and water. It's a lot easier than it sounds, and you'll get the hang of it eventually.
