DOMS in wrist/hand/fingers after negatives

I have some really bad delayed onset muscle soreness after three sets of negative pull-ups/negative chin-ups/whatever they're called on Monday. What concerns me is that it extends into one of my hands and fingers. Does anyone know if this is normal? I've had many issues with my hands (I have joint hypermobility syndrome) and am worried I might have injured it in some way, once again (tendonitis or something, I don't know).
