There's nothing to EAT!! (tip for overeaters?)

i go weeks sometimes months before i do a big food shopping usually buying dinner foods and the essentials (milk/eggs) in short bursts.

this usually leaves me with little to no snack foods available majority of the time. i dont do it on purpose, but it made me realize that if the snacks were there, i would eat them, if they're not, i would deal with being a little hungry, but not bad enough to where i need to run out and get food. so i'll usually have some protein powder or peanut butter(i dont even have bread or jelly to make the actual sandwich) or carrots just to nibble on.


so the overall point is the availability and amount of snacks in your house could make it hard to stick to your goals. i know it sounds basic, but it could go over alot of peoples heads.
