I used this app about 7 months ago and was only able to maintain my weight. That's when I found out I was doing everything wrong! I was not asking for any support. What was I thinking? It took less than a month for me to quit. Frustrated with no progress to show. All I can say is I managed to maintain a weight I was not happy with. At that time, I only wanted to lose 15 lbs. I am currently in the national guard and due to weight standards I am over weight. Let's add a permanent injury that prevents me from doing certain exercises and a new recent injury from training and, yes there is more, I tried to quit smoking the same time of the recent injury, I am now very over weight and very disappointed with myself. I am a mother with 5 kids and always managed to keep a healthy weight until the last year and half. Hopefully now that I realized support is the key it will help!
