Morning Motivation

Hey guys!!! With my schedule the best time to go to the gym is 5:30 in the morning. I find getting up early isn't the issue, but rather being unmotivated to even get out of bed.

I know, I sound just lazy and that's pretty much it. I have some sad things I deal with and it seems they all creep up and linger right at this time, making me want to go back to sleep to avoid it.

Any advice on staying motivated for early training or just in general? I'm being good with my diet, it's waking up with purpose that gets me.
