Hey, Guys.
My Name is Ömürcan, you all can call me Ömi btw. I was born and live in Germany, but i am from Turkey. I lost about 40 to 42 kg since November 2013. My weight was at 138kg and is at 96/97 kg and i want to go down to 80kg and build Muscles then. My height is about 1,84m right now. Good Luck y'all with reaching yout Goals. Don't give up.
